This cabin is conveniently located only a half-mile from downtown Gatlinburg, but in a peaceful setting that will make this fact hard to believe! Walk to the strip for shopping, dining and activities or hop on the Gatlinburg trolley. Bring a party of 2-6 people and get set for fun.
Don’t feel like going out? You don’t have to! Enjoy the partial mountain view from the deck while burgers sizzle on the charcoal grill. Clink wine glasses in the hot tub or surf the internet from the deck while mountain breezes cleanse the cares from your soul.
Back inside, other members of your party can bake cookies in the fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy the two satellite televisions. Evenings can be spent in front of the wood-burning fireplace or soaking in the oversized Jacuzzi before fading into either a king or queen-sized bed (depending on which bedroom you’re using). You’ll never want to leave. Washer & dryer and level parking are added bonuses!
Make your stay at Winter Haven a larger family affair! Urge extended family or friends to rent nearby Autumn Mist, Springtime Retreat and Summer Song! Get together in the evenings for board games, cookouts and dinners in town. These cabins will not disappoint!

Cancellation Policy
In the Event that your plans are changed, if notification of cancellation reaches us within 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days notice is given, the full amount will be retained. You may not change your departure date unless we receive notification 30 days in advance. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the total stay.

This notice will confirm your reservation with us, your unpaid balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival and must be paid with Visa, American Express or Mastercard.
